Four Axis Processing

Axis nc machining can be controlled at the same time more than four axes linkage, CNC milling, CNC boring, CNC drilling, and other functions together, after a clamping workpiece, the processing surface can be milling, boring, drilling process, effectively avoids caused by multiple installation position error, can shorten the production cycle, improve the machining accuracy.

Notes for CNC Machining

1. During self-operation, the operator shall not leave the machine tool or check the operation status of the machine tool regularly. If the operator needs to leave during the operation, relevant personnel shall be designated to check;

2. Clean the aluminum slag inside the machine tool before spraying oil with light knife to prevent the aluminum slag from absorbing oil;

3. Try to use gas blowing in the roughing procedure, and spray oil in the light knife procedure.
