CNC Machining Laser Engraving

Laser engraving is based on numerical control technology with laser as the processing medium. Processing materials in laser engraving irradiation instantaneous melting and gasification of physical denaturation, laser engraving can achieve the purpose of processing. Laser engraving is the use of laser technology to write on the surface of an object, the technology of the words engraved without marks, the surface of the object is still smooth, the handwriting will not wear.

Soaking and Cleaning Process

1. Professional cleaning solution into the tank (preferably plastic or stainless steel tank, this can reduce iron ion infiltration into the original solution to reduce the service life);

2. Heat it up to 40-50 degrees with electric heater and keep it at room temperature. The heating time can be extended;

3. Soak the hardware processing parts into the tank;

4. If further efficiency improvement is needed, a circulating pump can be added to stir the tank liquid;

5. Remove the workpiece after all the corrosion is dissolved, and rinse with water-based anti-rust agent;

6. Natural drying or drying after rinsing, or direct dehydration and rust prevention;

7. When necessary, conduct comprehensive rust prevention and transfer to the next procedure.
