Numerical Control technology, also known as Computerized Numerical Control (CNC), is a technology that USES a computer to realize Numerical program Control. This technique USES a computer to perform control functions on the equipment according to pre-stored control programs.
Production cost of CNC hand plate model:
1. ABS, PP and other real materials are directly used for CNC processing consumables, with low material cost;
2. However, CNC technology requires programming and disassembly. Usually, a CNC equipment needs to be equipped with 3-4 personnel, which means a large labor cost. Therefore, the cost of CNC hand plate model mainly depends on the complexity of parts and material consumption, the more complex parts, the need to split and programming of the workload, the more complex post-processing process, the more hours required, the higher the production cost.
